North Gate, an office building in Warsaw, has seen completion of its comprehensive upgrade, with all its communal areas fully refurbished and new amenities provided to tenants.

Central Business Center, an office building located in Inner Buda is undergoing a major renovation by ConvergenCE. Recognised as the highest quality office building in Budapest at the time of its construction in 1994, an upgrade for the 9,540 sqm property was long overdue.

Immofinanz plans major upgrades at its myhive Haller Gardens office building in Budapest, including new services for the tenants. The owner expects demand to increase for more flexible workspace solutions and plans to alter leasing conditions accordingly.

Construction works have started on the extension of the Colosseum commercial centre in the northwestern part of Bucharest. Siemens CR and CPI PG announced that they signed an agreement to extend the lease and complete a total renovation of City West office buildings in Prague - Stodůlky, where Siemens CR headquarters have been located since 2010. The contract has been extended until 2027 and will undergo extensive modernisation of offices, common areas, parking spaces and specific outdoor areas. The common goal is to improve and beautify the employee work environment, reflecting Siemens' development needs within its headquarters in the Czech Republic.

NEPI Rockcastle has invested nearly €30 million in the expansion and modernisation of Shopping City Galati and the first brands that will appear following the expansion will be inaugurated on November 16. An additional 21,000 sqm was added to the 27,000 sqm shopping centre.

At the beginning of this month the owner of Kupiec Poznański has signed an agreement to modernise the office part of the building. The scope of works includes a creation of reception area dedicated to office space that will be independent from the shopping centre part. Moreover new modern lifts will be introduced and common areas on the office floors will be rearranged according to design project provided by Kostka&Kurka architectural studio. The concept and scope of changes have been prepared by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland who is the exclusive leasing agent of the building and its property manager. The works are scheduled to finish in February 2018.

The owner of East-West Business Center, which is the oldest modern office building of Budapest, has decided to start refurbishment of their landmark property.
