YIT Slovakia has completed the reconstruction of the Pradiareň 1900 office building in Bratislava. Starting from December 2020, the Slovak branch of Microsoft will move into the premises as the first tenant.
Renovation of the building began in the autumn of 2018, following the designs of the Bouda Masár architectural office. The century-old building, which holds a BREEAM Excellent certification, meets the strict energy standards of new office buildings and its primary energy consumption is about 40% lower than required by legislation.
The building’s first tenant will be the Slovak branch of Microsoft which will occupy the third floor. In addition to Microsoft, Medusa is also a confirmed tenant and a new restaurant with a terrace on the future square will also be opened in the near future. The buildings will also house a new headquarters, showroom and client centre for YIT Slovakia.
