North Gate, an office building in Warsaw, has seen completion of its comprehensive upgrade, with all its communal areas fully refurbished and new amenities provided to tenants.

The upgrade of North Gate covered the communal areas on all the floors of the building. The main reception lobby and the leasable retail space on the ground floor were also fully remodelled using the finest quality fit-out materials, including copper and wooden finishes, and natural greenery. As well as featuring communal areas with contemporary design, the building now also provides infrastructure for cyclists (lockers and showers) on level -1. The biggest novelty is the Garden Lounge, a green area on an internal terrace located on the third floor.

The upgrade was designed by architectural studio Artchitecture. Real estate advisory firm Savills is the sole office letting agent for office space in the building.

“The owner of the building took good advantage of the pandemic period to accelerate the comprehensive upgrade works. North Gate now features beautiful, modern finishes in its communal areas and first-rate retail premises. Despite its high occupancy rate, the building still has ready-to-occupy units available to companies wanting to open an office or a store in it,” says Monika Wakulska, Associate Director, Office Agency, Landlord Representation, Savills.

North Gate is an almost 90-metre tall Class A office building located at 17 Bonifraterska Street, in northern Warsaw. This 27-floor office building provides approximately 48,000 sqm, of which 29,000 sqm is leasable office space. It also has a five-level car park with 310 parking spaces.

North Gate enjoys easy access to transport infrastructure and public transport services with tram and bus stops, and Dworzec Gdański metro station nearby. Facilities in its immediate neighbourhood comprise the Romuald Traugutt Park, an Ibis hotel and numerous retail stores and services, including the Arkadia Westfield Shopping Centre.
