Big Poland has acquired a retail park project in Dzierżoniów, becoming the 11th retail park in its Polish portfolio.

Redkom Development has begun construction of Świderek Retail Park in Otwock, Warsaw metropolitan area, which is scheduled to open during Q4 2026.

A retail park is being developed on the site of the former Glinki shopping centre in Bydgoszcz, with opening planned for Q1 2026. The project, developed by Redkom Development, will initially have 16,000 sqm GLA. A second phase is planned to add another 4,000 sqm GLA. The investor is Newgate Investment.

Redkom Development is commercialising a new retail park in Białystok. The scheme will provide approximately 14,000 sqm of leasable area and host around 25 retail and service units. A key anchor tenant will be Biedronka, whose 1,200 sqm supermarket is expected to attract strong daily footfall.

Redkom Development has acquired the existing Glinki shopping centre from Carrefour Polska and, in partnership with Newgate Investment, has commenced the development of a new retail park. The facility, to be built on the site of the former shopping centre, will become the largest retail park in Bydgoszcz.

Newgate Investment (NGI) and Redkom Development are collaborating to introduce the first large retail park in the region of the city of Bydgoszcz (northern Poland). It will feature a diverse range of shops, service points, restaurants, and recreational facilities. This marks NGI's first forward funding transaction in the Polish market. The new retail park will cover approximately 16,000 square meters (GLA) and will be constructed and commercialised by Redkom Development, with NGI financing the development process.

Przystanek Karkonosze, a retail park of 16,000 sqm GLA, is being built in Miłków, a suburb of Karpacz. The facility will be located on Karpacka Street at the intersection of roads leading to Karpacz, Kowary, Szklarska Poręba and Jelenia Góra, forming one of the most attractive retail destinations in the Karkonosze district.

Redkom Development opened Comfy Park Bielik, the largest retail park in Bielsko-Biała (southern Poland). Nearly thirty stores and service points have been built on more than 19,000 sqm of retail area, including a Kaufland store occupying more than 5,000 sqm.

Ozimska Park, a 17,000 sqm GLA facility built in Opole by Redkom Development and delivered in November 2023, has been sold. The new owner is Newgate Investment, which is successively expanding its portfolio of retail properties. It currently includes 33 projects located in various Polish cities. The price has not been disclosed.

The construction of Przystanek Karkonosze, which is being developed in Miłków on the outskirts of Karpacz (southern Poland), has started. Redkom Development, which is developing the facility, has announced that the complex will be delivered in Q2/Q3 2025
