
Redkom Development is commercialising a new retail park in Białystok. The scheme will provide approximately 14,000 sqm of leasable area and host around 25 retail and service units. A key anchor tenant will be Biedronka, whose 1,200 sqm supermarket is expected to attract strong daily footfall.
The retail park is located in the northern part of Białystok on Generała Władysława Andersa Street, one of the city’s main arteries, ensuring excellent access for both local residents and those from surrounding towns. The park will serve the wider Białystok agglomeration, which has a population of over 450,000.

The retail park will feature direct access to each unit from a spacious parking lot with about 400 spaces. Opening is scheduled for Q4 2026.
