Redkom Development has acquired the existing Glinki shopping centre from Carrefour Polska and, in partnership with Newgate Investment, has commenced the development of a new retail park. The facility, to be built on the site of the former shopping centre, will become the largest retail park in Bydgoszcz.

The project is being carried out in two phases and will cover a total area of approximately 18,000 sqm. The first phase of the investment – 16,000 sqm of retail space – will be completed and opened in the first half of 2026. The retail park will also include a parking lot offering 500 parking spaces. Daldehog Poland, as a general contractor, is responsible for the execution.

Carrefour Polska will remain the grocery operator in the new retail park and will open a store of over 4,000 sqm. Around 20 stores and service outlets from well-known brands will operate in the immediate vicinity of Carrefour.

The entire project is being developed by Redkom Development, with Newgate Investment as the financing partner.
