Cushman & Wakefield has signed a framework management agreement for 14 office buildings owned by the Skanska Group. The largest facilities include High Five A&B in Krakow (36,700 sqm) and Brama Miasta B in Łódź (27,800 sqm).

“Cushman & Wakefield’s appointment as property manager for Skanska’s office buildings underway is a sign of recognition and great trust in us. This opportunity is clearly also a challenge for us, among other things, due to development phasing, multiple locations across Poland’s largest cities and the pivotal, initial start-up and operation phase of office buildings. We keenly took up this challenge as on each market we have high-skilled teams of specialists with a strong track record in property management. We are confident that we will meet our partner’s expectations. We currently look forward to acting for Spark C in particular,” says Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, PhD, Partner, Business Space Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield.

Skanska Property Poland is active on seven markets in Poland and has more than 200,000 sqm of modern office space under construction in Warsaw, Łódź, Krakow, Wrocław, Katowice, Poznań and Gdansk.

“The framework agreement signed by Skanska and Cushman & Wakefield is great news for our current and future tenants, and for investors. Cooperation with a single partner will help us improve knowledge sharing and continue to enhance the quality of our asset management,” adds Ewelina Kałużna, Leasing and Asset Director at Skanska’s office business.

In addition, Cushman & Wakefield will manage approximately 110,000 sqm of office space in development projects planned by Skanska’s office business in Gdansk, Łódź, Warsaw and Krakow.
