Every year, Property Forum and RICS gather leading decision makers of European property markets at Prague Property Forum to discuss the future of our industry. CEOs, influential investors, bankers, developers, fast-growing proptech start-up founders, architects and valuers will come together on June 4, 2019, at the Cubex Centre in Prague to analyse the potential of the Czech property market from a global perspective. The conference, this year organized for the third time, has attracted highly respected speakers from the Czech as well as European property markets, some of them being present in Prague for the first time.

The most prominent investors of the SEE region shared their projections for the upcoming year at the international investment panel at SEE Property Forum 2019, moderated by Tim Wilkinson, Partner at Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

According to Antony Slumbers, one of the keynote speakers of Budapest PropTech Forum 2019, the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) is probably larger than that of electricity or the steam engine. In the world of real estate, AI can make the design, construction, management, lease and sale of buildings much more efficient.

It is inevitable that the amount of capital invested in PropTech will increase in 2019 compared to the previous year. As property markets around the world are becoming more educated there is also more international cooperation on the horizon. Nearly 200 guests will come together in the Polish capital to discuss the future of the real estate industry and to explore the latest innovations in the profession. The mission of the event is to create a common ground for true collaboration between proptech startups, property professionals and occupiers.
