Property Forum and RICS are organizing Prague Property Forum for the third time this year. Just like in previous years, leading decision makers in real estate will come together in Prague to discuss the future of our industry. CEOs, influential investors, bankers, developers, fast-growing proptech start-up founders, architects and valuers will analyse the potential of the Czech property market from a global perspective, providing an excellent networking opportunity.

The full-day agenda of Property Forum Prague will cover a wide range of topics. In his keynote speech, well-known economist and best-selling author Tomáš Sedláček will show how the global economy is turning digital and provide an overview of all the key trends that will determine the future growth of European economies. Continuing on with the topic of digitalization, global proptech guru James Dearsley will talk about how technology is completely transforming the property business.

These two eye-opening speeches will be followed by two panel discussions in the morning section. In the first one, leading players of the Czech property investment market will share their projections for the future. In the second, representative of five leading banks will discuss the current financing landscape in the CEE region.

The second section of the day will focus on the users of real estate. The first panel will feature a very diverse list of speakers that will discuss how the use of innovative tools can help create and maintain more efficient, sustainable and user-friendly buildings. Preceded by a brief overview of the Prague flex office market in a European context, the second panel will focus on tenant experience in office buildings. The invited experts will talk about what makes a workplace attractive in 2019 and what it will take to secure new leases and keep existing tenants happy in the years to come.

The third and final section of the day will deal with current trends on the hotel and retail markets and also the effects of digitalisation on the valuation business. At the end of the conference, a number of innovative companies from the Czech Republic will have the chance to introduce themselves in the PropTech pitch section.

Prague Property Forum is going to take place on June 4, 2019 from 9:00 to 16:30 at the Cubex Centre in Prague. Organisers expect over 30 speakers and more than 200 participants in total. The event takes place for the third time in Prague.
