Kajima Europe completed the sale of its prime logistics scheme in Zabrze, Poland. Generali Group acquired the asset in December 2024. The price has not been revealed.

The property is situated in Silesia, the industrial heartland of Poland. Its position within the Katowice sub-market provides access to key European markets via the A1 and A4 motorways, including Germany, the Czech Republic and Ukraine, making it a logistics gateway for north-south and east-west trade.

Spanning over 45,000 sqm, the logistics facility boasts a flexible design. Its modular layout allows for a range of unit sizes suitable for single or multi-tenant occupations, ensuring re-letting potential and long-term adaptability.

The site’s anchor tenant is a global leader in medical equipment production. It has been headquartered in Zabrze for over three decades and remains deeply committed to the region.

Jan Trybulski, Investment Director and Head of Poland, said: “The sale of Zabrze Logistics Hub highlights the quality of this asset and its strategic importance in the European logistics network. The facility’s prime location, versatile design, and strong tenant profile make it an exceptional investment opportunity. This transaction reflects our continued commitment to delivering high-quality logistics assets across Europe.”
