Fortress Logistics Real Estate has acquired a logistics facility in Wrocław, Poland, strengthening its position in the regional industrial real estate market.

The facility comprises nearly 24 hectares with buildings providing approximately 76,000 sqm of GLA. The property is fully leased to Aira, a company specialising in smart home and energy solutions. The acquisition provides Fortress with a long-term income stream supported by a lease agreement with the tenant.

The site offers potential for further development and modernisation, ensuring flexibility to meet future market demands. The investment aligns with Fortress' CEE strategy, which emphasises ESG principles, European taxonomy compliance, and the creation of building spaces that reduce CO₂ emissions.

"At Fortress, we focus on investments that generate value for our shareholders and support development. Our transaction in Wrocław represents another step in realising this vision - combining fundamentals, growth potential, and a trusted tenant with energy solutions," said Bartosz Klimek, Leasing & Asset Director at Fortress.

"When building out Aira's manufacturing capabilities, we were looking for a real estate partner to work with. In Fortress we found a team that was able to advise us on various aspects of the transaction and further development of the site," said Tomasz Wcislo, Aira Chief Operations Officer. Wrocław is one of the fastest-growing industrial and logistics hubs in Poland, offering infrastructure, a skilled workforce, and location near the A8 highway with access to Germany and the Czech Republic. Deloitte acted as legal advisor to Fortress in the acquisition process.
