More and more foreigners are moving to Poland to work in the logistics sector, which already accounts for approximately 20 per cent of all foreign nationals working in Poland. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has ended speculation about the future of CPK (Centralny Port Komunikacyjny), a huge airport hub in central Poland. LemonTree is starting another investment project, this time located in the capital of West Pomerania in Poland. WestSide Szczecin will deliver nearly 31,000 square meters of warehouse and office space, equipped with solutions that reduce the building’s environmental impact. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in February 2025.

SCPI Transitions Europe managed by Arkéa Real Estate Investment Management has acquired Lastadia Office, a fully let office building located on an island by the western bank of the Oder River in Szczecin, from Greenstone Asset Management. The value of the deal has not been revealed. 

Panattoni has completed the construction of a new production and warehouse facility for Air Spiralo in Szamotuły, near Poznań. The new 9,200 sqm investment will enhance the company's production and logistics capabilities.

Mitiska REIM has announced the opening of a new retail park in Jastrzębie Zdrój, a city of 90,000 inhabitants in southern Poland. Developed in partnership with Karuzela Holding and owned in joint-venture with the FRI 2 fund, this latest opening is the third retail park development opened in Poland by Mitiska REIM and Karuzela Holding in the past nine months.

Panattoni has been granted €16.5 million in financing from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) for the development of its Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska IV project. Construction work was launched in March on 34,000 sqm of  warehousing space. A major tenant has also already been acquired with midocean leasing 21,000 sqm.
