Maciej Runkiewicz, CEO of Kajima Poland has talked to Property Forum about the current challenges on the Polish construction market, new supply chains and ESG's impact on the warehousing sector.

The first building of the Nowa Strzegomska complex in Wrocław has received the BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating. The redevelopment of Wrocław Business Park in Strzegomska Street will see the existing buildings replaced by five class A office buildings with an area of 10,000-15,000 sqm each. Cushman & Wakefield is the leasing agent for Nowa Strzegomska.

Panattoni has been granted €67 million to construct a building as part of Panattoni Park Poznań A2. The development is to be handed over in October this year with the entire area of 82,000 sqm to be leased by a giant from the clothing industry.

Regesta S.A., a specialist provider of logistics services, has leased 33,000 sqm in one of the two warehouses of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska V. The tenant was advised on the choice of the location and during lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Panattoni has sold a manufacturing and warehouse BTS facility in Tczew near Gdańsk to LCN Capital Partners for over €26 million.

Palmira Capital Partners has acquired a logistics property in Swarzędz near Poznań, Western Poland, for the "P-Logistik Europa Fonds". The vendor is the AKRON Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Part of the Maszoński Group's portfolio, MCG EastBridge will lease nearly 37,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at GLP Kraków Logistics Centre III. AXI IMMO was the advisor in selecting and leasing the location.

The Karimpol Group has received a building permit for the second phase of the Skyliner complex. The 130-metre-high office building will be erected at Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw‘s Wola district next to the first phase of the Skyliner project. The second phase of the investment project, also designed by the APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio, is scheduled to start in the autumn of this year. The entire complex at 67 Prosta Street will offer 73,000 sqm of leasable space.

Bogi Gabrovic, CFO of CTP Poland talked to Property Forum at MIPIM about the current situation in the Polish warehouse market, the main drivers of demand and the developer’s plans for growth.

With a €10 million investment, M Core has made another commitment to its portfolio in Poland through the announcement of the Świdnik M Park development. At 7,700 ssqm, the retail park will be the largest development for M Core in Poland and the first created under the M Park brand, built by LCP Properties — one of the five property entities that sits under the M Core umbrella.
