The 15-storey Hila building, which is developed by Czech investment company and developer Passerinvest Group, will be completed this year, at Prague's Brumlovka district. 

Passerinvest Group has published its third Non-Financial Report, among others, with details about the occupancy of the buildings, the group's supply chain and sustainable measures. 

The Prague district of Brumlovka, which Passerinvest Group has been building in Prague 4 for almost 30 years, has received the highest level of Fitwel certification this year.

Passerinvest Group has announced strategic investments worth over CZK 20 billion (€796 million) with an ambition to transform the Prague real estate market over the next 20 years. 

Passerinvest is proceeding with constructing the Hila project in Prague's Brumlovka according to the set schedule. Since the beginning of 2025, the concreting of the foundation slab has been completed and the construction of the basement parts of the building is now underway.

The new Roztyly Plaza office building in Prague 4 has become the headquarters of the automotive company Volvo Car Czech Republic and TSC Spectre. The developer and investor of the project is Passerinvest Group.

Passerinvest Group has shared its experience during the planning, construction and furnishing of offices: it is necessary to take into account the experience and requirements of companies' HR personnel and to implement various requirements for equipment and interior arrangement, with the coffee machine a separate discipline.

By reconstructing the office building in Prague's Brumlovka, together with the optimisation of technology operation, Passerinvest Group reduced the building's energy demand by more than 50%. It included a complete renovation of the facade and roofs. At the same time, all technologies ensuring a quality indoor environment were also modernised.

As climate change progresses, cities are trying to find ways to eliminate overheating of urban areas. They are striving to preserve a pleasant environment for residents and all fauna and flora even in places with dense construction. Blue-green infrastructure building is considered to be a good option. 

The construction of the seven-storey Roztyly Plaza office building in Prague 11 has reached its final stage. Passerinvest is finishing its cladding, internal installations and landscaping. It is expected to be completed in early 2024.
