The Roztyly Plaza office building in Prague 11 has progressed to the above-ground construction phase. Completion is planned for 2024, yet more than half of the offices are already leased, developer Passerinvest announced.

Another new residential building, Oliva, built by Passerinvest in Prague Brumlovka, was approved in December. The first residents will start moving into the 72 flats in the first quarter of this year, the developer announced. 

Immofinanz has successfully closed the sale of the BBC Gamma office building in Prague to Passerinvest Group. The transaction was concluded at a premium to the book value as of 30 June 2022, the seller announced.

Passerinvest Group is starting the construction of a new seven-storey office building in Prague 4. The Roztyly Plaza building close to the bus terminal and metro station is to be completed in 2024, the developer announced.

Passerinvest Group a.s. has entered into an off-market agreement with the investor Simona Otavova for the purchase of the building housing the general headquarters of the state-funded organization Road and Motorway Directorate of the Czech Republic (Ředitelství silnic a dálnic ČR – ŘSD). The value of the transaction was not disclosed. The change of ownership was announced today by Passerinvest.

The office complex BB Centrum in Prague 4, newly renamed Brumlovka, will be expanded by two more buildings. The developer Passerinvest, which has been building here for three decades, plans to build multifunctional buildings Hila and Orion, reports local daily E15.

Passerinvest Group has begun the construction of the new Roztyly Plaza office building. The building, with a total area of 23,000 sqm from the workshop of the architect studio Aulík Fišer architekti, is going up right by the Roztyly metro station (C line) in Prague 11. Apart from the office function, the project also offers a public P+R parking lot and several retail units, which will significantly expand the local civic amenities.

Revetas announced the successful disposal of the remaining assets of its Revetas Capital Fund II’s Project Papa office portfolio in Prague, bringing the total transaction value to over €100 million. One of the four assets initially comprised in the portfolio, BBC Vila, has previously been sold to Passerinvest Group. The three remaining buildings with a total GLA of c. 33,000 sqm are located in close proximity of each other in the Karlin neighbourhood of Prague’s 8th district and were acquired by local real estate group Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Local developer Passerinvest Group is preparing its second large-scale project in Prague, Nové Roztyly. The project is to create offices and other jobs for nearly 3,000 people and to provide housing for around 1,500 residents, local daily E15 reports.

Home office is just an effective supplement that will not replace the need for office space. Time will show that people need to meet each other and robots will replace those professions movable to a full-time home office, says Eduard Forejt, Development Director at Czech company Passerinvest Group, who talked to Property Forum about the future of office work and the company's development plans.
