Construction group HSF System from investment holding Purposia Group has signed a contract to build the Biskupská residential project. The new apartments will be located in an attractive area directly in the centre of Ostrava, near the Ostravice river and Masaryk Square.

P3 Ostrava Central has been built on a brownfield site in the Vítkovice quarter and has been benefiting from a strategic location near the main transport arteries in Ostrava. Brainmarket, a company focused on healthy nutrition and dietary supplements, has selected this industrial and commercial district as its new base.

Although the total supply of office space in Brno is approximately 5.6 times smaller than in Prague, space currently under construction has already reached half the level of the Capital, according to the Regional Research Forum's H1 2025 analysis of market dynamics in Moravia.

The share of renegotiations of lease contracts on the Czech office market is increasing, currently hovering at around 50% of all concluded transactions. A growing number of companies are preferably extending their existing lease rather than moving to new premises after their lease expiry, reports Colliers. 

The international automotive supplier Brose has leased the entire Hall D of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (OAMP) near Leoš Janáček Airport in Mošnov in the ongoing Phase II construction developed by Concens Investments.

Based on the valid building permit, the developer Concens Investments has commenced construction of Phase III of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park at Leoš Janáček Airport in Ostrava Mošnov. The BMW Group will use these buildings as an overseas logistics centre. 

Companies in regional cities in the Czech Republic have been facing an increasing challenge in finding quality office space, reports the Regional Research Forum. H2 2024 data for Brno and Ostrava shows that a shortage of office space is thus creating pressure on the market and tenants.

The Czech office market is facing historically low supply, especially in premium locations where new office construction has slowed down significantly. CTP is responding to these needs through its Clubco network of coworking centres.
