Industrial developer CTP has reached 70% occupancy at its IQ Ostrava office complex in Ostrava's city centre, with a key factor being its investment of CZK 100 million (€4.1 million) for ongoing modernisations and improvements.

Brno and Ostrava office markets have revealed contrasting trends among regional cities during H2 2025, according to the Regional Research Forum.

DP World has been selected by the BMW Group to operate a new logistics center in Ostrava.

The share of renegotiations of lease contracts on the Czech office market is increasing, currently hovering at around 50% of all concluded transactions. A growing number of companies are preferably extending their existing lease rather than moving to new premises after their lease expiry, reports Colliers. 

The international automotive supplier Brose has leased the entire Hall D of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (OAMP) near Leoš Janáček Airport in Mošnov in the ongoing Phase II construction developed by Concens Investments.
