Fuzja is the first Łódź location of CitySpace, an operator of flexible office space. The concept, owned by Echo Investment, will occupy an office building on the site of the former Karol Scheibler plant, where the Fuzja mixed-use project is currently under construction. The location encompassing the entire office building on an exclusive basis is new to CitySpace. MIXD studio is responsible for the interior design. The opening is scheduled for May 2023.

Echo Investment and AFI Europe presented their new, refreshed project of a large mixed-use investment in the very centre of Warsaw, in a quarter bounded by the streets of Towarowa, Pańska and Miedziana. In this location, offices and apartments for sale and rent are to be created as well as restaurants and service outlet units. The remaining industrial infrastructure in Wola is to be integrated into the Słowa Polskiego public park. 

The scale of office projects implemented in Poland today is much smaller than in previous years, and the demand for space is still high, says Walter Herz. 

Office Park Plovdiv has become the first office building with a Gold LEED Certificate for sustainable construction in the city.

With a share of 70-80% of the total building stock, the retail sector in Romania has the biggest number of projects that have received green certifications, followed the industrial and office projects, according to real estate consultancy Colliers. 

Yareal Polska has completed the commercialisation of Wspólna 47/49 boutique office building. In 2022, the company leased out more than 4,000 sqm of available office space, with Enervigo, “Future For Ukraine” Foundation, and a representative of the European institutions' sector added to the building’s tenant roster. This means that the building, located in the very heart of Warsaw, at the junction of Wspólna and Marszałkowska streets, is now 100% leased. 

The new office is located in the Balkan Business Center, near Tsarigradsko Shose Boulevard. The building is powered by 100% renewable energy sources and holds certificates of excellence in sustainable and green construction and energy efficiency.

Nearly all players in the commercial real estate market share the view that the pressure is growing on corporate leaders to have an ESG-compliant stock and operation. But the majority of them stop at „E” i.eg. being more energy efficient and environmentally friendly. United Benefits Holding is entering the Polish real estate market with the acquisition of the 16,000 sqm Silver Forum office building in Wrocław.  The company plans to optimize the property with a focus on ESG standards and mobility, thus leveraging the property’s value-add potential. The price of the asset has not been disclosed.
