Michał Kwinta, who has been with Mindspace since the inception of its Polish branch, has been promoted to City Lead Poland. In his new role he will be responsible for implementing Mindspace’s global strategy in Poland and for continuing the development of Mindspace’s network in Warsaw.

Infopark buildings B, C and I, all owned by Wing, received a BREEAM-In-Use Very Good sustainability certification. The certification was earned with energy and water-efficient management and operation, selective waste collection, and the features of the buildings that contribute to the well-being and health of those using them. The social media giant has opened its operations centre in Olivia Centre in Oliwa district of Gdańsk. In the first phase, 80 places were created, and by 2023 the team will expand to 500 people. Property investor Globalworth says all its 16 office buildings in Bucharest are using 100% green energy from renewable sources starting July 2021. 

The office market in Cluj-Napoca is expected to record a sharp decrease of deliveries this year and only 5,000 sqm of spaces are under development this year and will be finalized by 2023, according to property consultancy SVN Romania.

Globalworth has signed a preliminary agreement to sell five Warsaw office buildings to 5th Corner – a new investment platform set up by Cornerstone Investment Management and other shareholders. In this transaction, which is valued at around €123 million, the buildings in Globalworth’s portfolio that are to be sold are Nordic Park, Bliski Centrum, Batory Building I, Company House I and Warta Tower.
