Swedish investor Niam has sold the Axis and Kapelanka 42A office buildings in Kraków to Corum. The value of the transaction remains undisclosed.
Kapelanka 42 A is located in the southwestern area of Kraków, in the heart of Podgórze. The building, with a total gross leasable area of 17,700 sqm, was put into operation in 2014. The second building, Axis, is located in the central part of Kraków, next to the Mogilskie Roundabout. Axis was completed in 2016 and offers 20,700 sqm of a total gross leasable area. It is wholly leased to ABB. Both buildings meet the highest quality and safety standards, holding the LEED Green Building Certification (Gold).
The two buildings were sold by their developer Skanska to Niam as part of a larger portfolio deal in October 2015 for €160 mln.
