Manova Partners has announced its first European acquisition as an independent manager with the purchase of Vibe A, a newly built office building in Warsaw.

Echo Investment has completed the structural works on two office buildings within the WITA mixed-use development in central Kraków. A traditional topping-out ceremony was held to mark the milestone, with completion of the entire complex scheduled for early 2026.

An internal Savills survey, covering dozens of properties, has revealed that a significant proportion of Prague’s office stock is facing the need for modernisation.
