Groundworks have started at this new business park in the southern part of the Hungarian capital. The first phase is scheduled to be open in June 2023. 

In the first half of the year, Globalworth’s net profit significantly improved to €32.6 million (H1 2021: €12.5 million) due to a fair value gain on investment property and an increase in the share of profit of equity-accounted investments in joint ventures.
