JLL Romania advised Euroest Car, a company specialising in the import and distribution of original car parts, in leasing 9,500 sqm in CTPark Bucharest Chitila, a Class A industrial park owned by CTP Romania in the northwest of Bucharest.

According to a report prepared by Newmark Polska, at the end of the third quarter, Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock reached almost 27.4 million sqm, representing a 19.3% increase year-on-year. New supply in the year to date exceeded 3.58 million sqm, up by 15.6% compared to 2021’s total.

The First Real Estate Fund of IAD Investments (Prvý realitný fond) enlarged its Slovak part of the portfolio with a logistics hall with an administrative building in the Pharos location near Bratislava Airport.

Industrial and logistics developer Logicor has completed the development of another 23,000 sqm in the Bucharest I Logistics Park in Mogoşoaia, in northern Bucharest. 

The investment groups Progresus and Halcyon have entered a strategic collaboration with the German firm GARBE Industrial Real Estate CEE. The first joint project will be the construction of an industrial hall in the Czech town of Klášterec nad Ohří covering 20,815 square metres of floorspace and valued at approximately €30 million.

Panattoni is completing a 13,000 sqm development for Habasit, a leading manufacturer and supplier of conveyor solutions, conveyor belts and drive belts for the manufacturing sector. The company will consolidate two locations within Panattoni Park Czeladź V in the Silesian region as early as January 2023 and plans to expand within the park in the future. Newmark Polska, a consulting firm, represented the tenant in the location search and negotiation process.

For a long time, the logistics and industrial market in Croatia has been overlooked by real estate developers, despite the country’s strategic geographical position, proximity to major European markets and developed, high-quality road network, as well as direct access to sea routes. Recent project completions and commencements, with a strong pipeline and the arrival of international developers, suggest that winds are changing, and Croatia could become a very attractive logistics market.

MLP Group has successfully carried out a public offering of Series F shares by way of a private placement, directed exclusively to qualified investors and investors subscribing for shares worth no less than the equivalent of €100,000. Based on an accelerated bookbuild process, the issue price of Series F shares was set at PLN 70.

British investment company Verdion has sold the building that houses the headquarters of US courier company UPS for Eastern Europe. The 13,600 sqm building has been bought by Safichem Invest, which is backed by Czech owners. Neither party has disclosed the purchase price. The transaction was reported by HN.cz

7R Park Wrocław West II has been granted a valid building permit. This is another development in the Lower Silesian Voivodship to be invested in by 7R. The facility will be built in Kąty Wrocławskie. Ultimately, it will provide nearly 44,000 sqm of class-A logistics and production area.
