LemonTree will build Booster Zabrze in cooperation with Commercecon. It will be business complex with offices and service and logistics space, with a total area of 111,000 sqm, as well as green and public spaces. The investment is to be built directly at the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa (Silesian Central Motorway) and the intersection of the A1 and A4 motorways. 

Panattoni finalised the sales of twelve industrial parks across Poland in 2023. The total combined value of the transactions comes to ca. €500 million.

Panattoni has launched work on the third building of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II, which is to be fully occupied by Konimpex a company involved in the trade, logistics and distribution of chemical and industrial raw materials.

A leading regional parcel logistics operator has secured industrial space at East Gate Pro Business Park, developed by Wing. The third hall of the park was completed last year, and the fourth one is to be completed by the end of 2024.

Panattoni presented its investment financing for 2023. In Poland, the company obtained 29 bank loans for development projects worth a combined sum of more than €800 million.

Romanian developer Transilvania Construcții has completed a new logistics park spanning close to 25,000 sqm in Bacău. With this newly delivered project, the company’s industrial and logistics portfolio has reached 250,000 sqm.

Blackbrook Capital has announced that it secured a lease with a European leader in contract logistics with expertise in the e-commerce and textile sectors, for its facility in Poznań, Western Poland.

In February 2024, ID Logistics will start operations for one of the largest clothing distributors in the world. The company will occupy all of Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate II in Tarnowo Podgórne (47,000 sqm in total), with the new centre to be used to consolidate the operations of other locations.

LCP Properties, a developer of the small warehouse space (SBU) warehouses under the Multipark brand, has received another building permit for a project of this type, this time in Gdańsk. Multipark Gdańsk in the first stage has over 5,400 sqm of GLA with eighteen modules. The project is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2024.

GLP announced has successfully acquired two logistics warehouses spanning a combined area of 37,600 sqm in Janki near Warsaw. The price has not been disclosed.
