Panattoni has secured a new tenant for its investment in Lower Silesia. One of the leaders in the fashion industry has leased 40,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Głogów.

“Lower Silesia plays a key role in logistics for both Poland and the entire Central and Eastern European region. Alongside the ongoing expansion of infrastructure around Wrocław, we are continuously developing other centers in the region. Głogów, thanks to the pro-investment approach of local authorities and its excellent location, is becoming an attractive spot for international business. I am convinced that our investment in this city perfectly meets the needs of the new tenant – a fashion giant”, says Damian Kowalczyk, Development Director at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Głogów is an industrial park set to reach a total area of 111,000 sqm, with 78,000 sqm already developed and fully leased. The facility is already used by a logistics operator servicing a leading pet store chain.

“A well-organized supply chain is crucial for strengthening sales and building market advantages. In response to growing market demand, we are ready for further development of this center – a second hall with an area of 32,000 sqm is planned”, adds Damian Kowalczyk.

The park is located just 10 km from the S3 expressway and near the planned S12 bypass. This makes the facility an attractive point for companies looking for efficient logistics solutions, enabling smooth deliveries across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. The distance to both the southern and western borders of the country is approximately 110 km.

The facility has been BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level, ensuring reduced carbon emissions and lower energy and water consumption. To ensure employee wellbeing, the office spaces have been analyzed for acoustic properties, thermal comfort, and access to natural light.
