Panattoni has launched the construction of City Logistics Kraków III, the latest 25,000 sqm development on the city limits. Walraven, an international producer of installation fixings, is to occupy almost 4,500 sqm.

After nearly 16 years, the site of the unsuccessful “Żubr” housing estate project in Podłęże near Kraków is back in use and changing its purpose. The new plan for the site is an international logistics service centre. MCG EastBridge, a new company within the Maszoński Logistic Group, has already begun operations in the region, Axi Immo reports.

Panattoni has completed a logistics centre for DHL Parcel. The 32,000 sqm centre in Robakowo is going to be the developer’s third industrial development in Poland to be awarded a BREEAM certification rating of Outstanding.

Gdańsk-based developer Torus Logistics has announced the acquisition of a building permit for its new initiative, Gdynia City Logistics which will be developed in in partnership with BTV, a boutique asset and development management company specialising in logistics real estate.

Over the past year, many residential markets in CEE that have historically depended on credit buyers, have experienced a significant slowdown. This is not the case with Serbia’s residential market which has been dominated by cash buyers. Panattoni is expanding its portfolio within the boundaries of Łódź. The developer has started the construction of the first hall within Panattoni Park Łódź West II, which will occupy 70,630 square meters. Almost half of this space will be taken up by Rohlig SUUS Logistics.

The global provider of logistics and relocation services has renewed its lease for space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park for another term. Universal Express moved into the logistics centre almost a decade ago, and now occupies 13,600 sqm of modern space.

7R has obtained a development loan for the 7R City Flex Katowice I project. The financing of €15.5 million was provided by mBank.

A new logistics and industrial centre was opened in the area between Chomutov and Klášterec nad Ohří (west of Prague near the German border) for CZK 520 million (€21.4 million). The construction of the Garbe Park Klášterec II project with a total leasable area of over 18,000 sqm was completed in eight months. Representatives of the Progresus investment group and the developer and co-investor Garbe have already handed over the building to the main tenant, the German manufacturer of sealing systems Isolite.
