At the end of 2024, Jakub Leszczyński, was appointed to the role of Transaction Director at Accolade. In his new position, Jakub is responsible for the comprehensive management of transactional processes, including project financing and refinancing, the selection and structuring of development processes, and the acquisition of warehouse projects. One of his significant achievements since assuming this role has been executing one of the largest green refinancing deals in Poland, valued at €180 million.

"The creation of the Transaction Director position and Jakub’s appointment to this role demonstrate that Poland remains a key market for Accolade. To achieve our ambitious goals, we need top-tier experts. Jakub’s career growth mirrors the company’s expansion in Poland - over the past seven years, our portfolio has grown 4.5 times in terms of total area. This also reflects Accolade’s commitment to supporting passionate and dedicated individuals who want to build the company’s success. I am confident that Jakub’s broad market perspective, strong relationships, and deep knowledge of our portfolio will make him excel in this role", says Joanna Sinkiewicz, Group Commercial Director and Managing Director of Accolade in Poland.

His expertise lies in managing transactional processes for industrial real estate, advising on development structuring, financing - including green financing solutions - as well as the sale and acquisition of industrial properties.

"I am honored to take on this role, and I am confident that my experience and skills will contribute to the company’s continued growth. Our future plans are ambitious, and I feel a great sense of responsibility and pride in being entrusted with such a crucial role within the group. Whether it’s project financing, selecting or structuring a new development process, or acquiring an existing project, these are all key elements of the investment process that directly impact the growth and value of our portfolio", says Jakub Leszczyński, Transaction Director at Accolade Poland.

Accolade operates in eight European countries and owns a network of 62 industrial parks, with a total value exceeding €3,4 billion.
