Real Management has signed a loan agreement with mBank for over €14 million in funding for construction of the Good Point V warehouse and production park in Łubna near Warsaw.

CTP has marked the third anniversary of its listing on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange, which at the time was the largest real estate IPO in Europe since 2014. The subsequent three years from CTP's listing in March 2021 have been a time of accelerated growth for the company, highlighted by a 103% increase in GLA from 5.9 million sqm to 12.0 million sqm across CTP's European portfolio and 162% growth in its landbank, from 8.8 million sqm to 23.1 million sqm, thereby locking in future expansion by enabling CTP to develop more space to meet strong demand.

A specialist real estate investor has purchased the Panattoni Park Poznań XI for €92.5 million. The centre is one of the main logistics hubs for Zalando, a leading European fashion platform for its operations.

The industrial and logistics market in Romania recorded new lease deals for around 200,000 sqm in Q1, with most of the demand generated by manufacturers, FMCG and logistics operators, according to a Cushman & Wakefield Echinox report.

The vacancy rate at the end of Q1 2024 reached 8.9% in Greater Budapest, representing a 0.3 percentage points increase quarter-on-quarter, while an increase of 3 percentage points was registered year-on-year, the Budapest Research Forum reports.

Lion’s Head, a joint venture company between AG Capital and Old Mutual Property, signed a contract for acquiring BPD – a logistics and industrial properties investment company. This is the biggest deal in the sector for the last years with an investment of €71.4 million.

GLP has begun construction of a new 67,000 sqm warehouse at Wrocław V Logistics Centre in Magnice, Poland. The building is expected to achieve a BREEAM "Outstanding" level certification.

CTP has expanded its Polish land bank by nearly half a million sqm. The company has purchased investment land in four strategic locations that provide the opportunity to build approximately 200,000 sqm of leasable space in the short term, with this land in Łódź, Toruń and the Warsaw agglomeration ready to start the development process. This land acquisition is part of CTP's strategy announced last year to invest €300 million in Poland to grow its warehouse portfolio - a key growth market for CTP. 

The JV between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has completed the construction of the first warehouse facility in City Point Targówek. The 7,000 sqm building is fully leased to DPD Polska and is part of a park, which will provide nearly 100,000 sqm of last-mile logistics space within the borders of the Warsaw agglomeration.

Panattoni has finished the last stage of Panattoni Park Sulechów III. The centre has been developed for BestSecret clothing distributor. The building has a total area of 136,000 sqm, which makes it one of the largest logistics centres in the region.
