Fabryka Mebli Akord is relocating its main warehouse to the modern logistics center MLP Teresin (central Poland). The decision to choose this location was driven, among other factors, by the possibility of high storage, which will enable the optimization of logistics processes and further development. Fabryka Mebli Akord will gain full access to the facility at the beginning of September this year. The tenant was represented in the transaction by AXI IMMO.

MLP Group has signed a new long-term lease agreement at the MLP Teresin logistics center. Fabryka Mebli Akord has contracted a total of approximately 21,800 sqm of warehouse space. Around 21,200 sqm will be allocated for storage, while the remaining space will be used for office and social facilities. Under the agreement, the tenant will receive early access at the beginning of April this year, with full handover scheduled for early September. AXI IMMO facilitated the transaction.

The new location will become the main warehouse for Fabryka Mebli Akord, alongside its existing distribution centers in Germany and France. The company plans further expansion into European markets, reaffirming its dynamic growth and commitment to strengthening its presence in the international furniture market.

Founded in 1995, Fabryka Mebli Akord is a Polish furniture manufacturer specializing in high-quality, e-commerce-ready products.

"We are pleased to welcome Fabryka Mebli Akord as a tenant at our fully developed MLP Teresin logistics center. As a fast-growing furniture manufacturer, the company aligns perfectly with the character of our park - a modern, business-friendly warehouse environment. Our partnership is built on flexible, tenant-centric solutions, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition into the new location", said Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A.

"We are delighted to have signed the lease agreement with MLP Group. The modern warehouse space at MLP Teresin, featuring high-storage capabilities, will enable us to further expand and streamline our logistics processes, ultimately enhancing the service we provide to our customers. We appreciate MLP Group’s flexible approach and the support of Axi Immo in bringing this project to fruition", said Władysław Zając, owner of Fabryki Mebli Akord .

Rafał Jełowicki, Senior Advisor, Industrial & Logistics Agency, AXI IMMO, commented: "The client’s decision to choose the MLP Teresin distribution center was driven by several key factors. One of the most important was its proximity to the existing factory, allowing for efficient logistics and the retention of the current workforce - an essential aspect in maintaining the company's operational continuity. Additionally, the high standards of the MLP facility, including reinforced flooring, a high density of loading docks, a spacious maneuvering area, and the flexibility to adapt the space, ensured that the new hall met all the client's technical requirements. Furthermore, the excellent collaboration, flexible approach, and deep understanding of Fabryka Mebli Akord's needs by the developer contributed to the smooth and efficient execution of the leasing process".

MLP Teresin is a logistics center comprising approximately 38,000 sqm of warehouse space across a 10-hectare site. Located in Gnatowice Stare, in the Kampinos municipality, it lies 45 km west of Warsaw’s city center. The facility benefits from good transport links, with direct access to Route 92, connecting Warsaw and Poznań, and proximity to the A2 motorway and the Wiskitki junction, just 20 km away.
