BNP Paribas Real Estate Romania has signed Property Management and Exclusive Leasing mandates for Hexagon Offices, a Class A office building located in one of the emerging office locations in the city of Cluj Napoca, owned by KÉSZ International Romania. The landlord representation team at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, acting as an exclusive agent, will be responsible for leasing the vacant space in the Vipol Plaza office complex.

After nearly a decade, the Avatar office building will be offering office space for lease again. A total of 2,400 sqm of space spread over two storeys will become available for new tenants in Q2 2020. BNP Paribas Real Estate will represent the building’s owner – the Spanish fund Azora Europa, as the exclusive agent for the leasing process.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed an exclusive agent for leasing office space at Horizon Plaza in the Mokotów district in Warsaw.

Last June, Cushman & Wakefield was appointed as an exclusive commercialisation agent for building “B” of the LIXA office complex being developed by Yareal in Warsaw’s Wola district. The first phase of the development project (buildings A and B) comprising 27,900 sqm of leasable space is expected to be delivered to the market in Q3 2020.

Immofinanz has leased a total of over 15,000 sqm in Bucharest in the first half of this year. This is equivalent to 8% of its current overall leasable office space in Romania. The company has attracted new tenants for 8,300 sqm of office space and extended contracts for an additional 7,500 sqm in six of its office properties.
