Knight Frank Hungary has appointed Petra Holy to lead the OSCA (Occupier Services and Commercial Agency) services as Head of Office Division. Petra is an experienced leasing, property and asset manager with over 15 years of demonstrated experience in the real estate industry, specializing in landlord representation and strategic consultancy. Previously, she has been involved in the industry both as a consultant and as a landlord, which gives her a full coverage overview.

While the company has now a new Head of Office, Erika Loska becomes the Co-Managing Director of the country operations. She has a proven track record of over 20 years in the real estate sector and has been part of the Knight Frank team since the opening of the company’s office in Budapest, in 2018, successfully delivering results.

“This year, our office in Hungary has already signed over 50,000 sqm in commercial transactions. We are delighted with this achievement, three years after opening, added a pandemic period, and these inspire our work for our clients. We are continuing to hire professionals to strengthen our Industrial & Capital Markets divisions too. Most importantly, we know there is so much we can do together to transform our business and we look forward to a new stage of growth as we become a more sustainable, innovative and balanced partnership”, says Horatiu Florescu, Chairman & CEO, Knight Frank Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia.

Founded in London in 1896, this year marks the 125th year of Knight Frank, and as a firm, it has always valued the individual and empowered everyone to have autonomy in their role, encouraging them to think differently about how they can make a positive impact. For clients, this means that we provide innovative property solutions to add tangible value, across property sectors and services.
