Industrial developer Panattoni has acquired a 9-hectare plot in Zakrzów and will build the Panattoni Park Kraków East VI project, which will include two facilities: an 11,000 sqm BTS building for a logistics operator and a 16,000 sqm speculative warehouse.

The latest Savills Workthere Flexmark 5.0 report, covering 149 flexible office operators worldwide, confirms that the flexible workspace market is entering a new phase of maturity. Many global trends are directly reflected in the Polish market, which is developing at a pace comparable to leading European markets.

Panattoni is expanding Panattoni Park Kielce, with a fourth building spanning 13,000 sqm. Construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, and two lease agreements have already been signed.

7R has obtained the building permit for 7R Hub Nowa Huta, a logistics and industrial park in Kraków. The project comprises three buildings totalling approximately 230,000 sqm and negotiations with potential tenants are already underway.

Poland's regional city office markets remained stable in the Q3 2025, though new supply continued to be constrained. According to the latest report from BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, developers remain cautious, while tenants are focused on lease renegotiations and optimising their office footprints.

Polish developer Atal has expanded its Kraków portfolio with 188 apartments in the new Atal Bronowice development on Starego Dębu Street. The project offers 2-4 room apartments ranging from 40 to 80 sqm, with completion planned for Q3 2027.

Echo Investment has signed a sale agreement for Brain Park C building. The latest phase of the Kraków-based office complex will be acquired by Greenstone Asset Management, a private equity and investment firm. The building provides 13,700 sqm of GLA and has an BREEAM rating.

According to the latest Savills report, the supply of modern office space in Poland's eight largest regional cities reached 6.73 million sqm. While the market shows signs of stabilisation, new supply has slowed significantly. Between January and September, only 18,000 sqm of office space was delivered - 76% less than in the same period of 2024.

The Polish Commercial Real Estate Association (PINK) published data on office space markets in eight major regional cities in Poland (Krakow, Wroclaw, Tri-City, Katowice, Poznan, Lodz, Lublin, Szczecin) for the third quarter of 2025. By the end of September, total modern office space resources in the eight regional markets reached 6,732,400 sqm.

Matexi Polska's Do Wilgi development in Krakow's Łagiewniki district has received its occupancy permit, meaning future residents will soon be able to collect their keys. The project comprises 100 functional apartments, with 2 and 3-room units still available for purchase.
