Kajima Student Housing and Griffin Capital Partners have completed the development of a 795-bed Student Depot dormitory in Kraków, its largest residential scheme in Poland since the partnership entered the Polish market in 2019. Revetas Capital has announced that since the beginning of 2022, 14 lease transactions have been secured in the Buma Square office complex in Kraków, Poland, with a total area of 4,512 sqm, consisting of new leases, extensions and renewals, of which 416 sqm represent new leases.

Colliers has taken over the management of two office buildings owned by Stena Fastigheter – phase I of Centrum Południe in Wrocław and phase III of High5ive in Kraków. Following Spark B in Warsaw, these are further investments belonging to one of Sweden's largest private real estate companies to be managed by Colliers.

Carbon Tower in Wrocław, Ocean Office Park A and Tischnera Office in Kraków – this is a real estate package that is to be acquired by an affiliate of Lone Star Funds. The buildings, belonging to Cavatina Holding, one of Poland's largest office developers, offer a total of nearly 66 thousand sqm of GLA, and their average lease rate is at the level of approx. 90%. The planned buy/sell deal is another portfolio transaction of Cavatina Group, which in 2020 sold three Equal Business Park office buildings (A, B and C).
