Skanska has obtained the WELL Core & Shell certification at the Gold level for Building C of the High5ive office complex located in Kraków. This is the first project in the city to be awarded such certification at the highest score.

Hospitality group Accor has inaugurated The Crown, a four-star hotel in Kraków, which is part of the Handwritten Collection, a portfolio of boutique hotels from around the world. This is Accor’s second property of this kind in the region and the first in Poland.

Trei Real Estate GmbH just opened another two retail parks of its Vendo Park brand in Poland. The properties are located in Zambrów (Podlaskie Voivodeship) and in Kraków (Lesser Poland Voivodeship). LivUp has finalized the purchase of a property in Kraków from Galinvest. The new LivUp project will include about 80 residential apartments for long-term rental, as well as additional amenities and facilities. The first tenants are expected to move in by Q2 2023.
