Futureal Group has sold its portfolio of Corvin office buildings to real estate funds managed by OTP Real Estate Investment Fund Management. The recently closed transaction involves all of the operating office buildings built as part of Corvin Promenade, as well as two currently being constructed. The total of eight Class A buildings offer a combined GLA of nearly 80,000 square meters.

KKCG Real Estate has bought five industrial BTS projects with 54,500 sqm of GLA in Poland. The transaction value was approx. €41 million. KKCG Real Estate is part of KKCG Group belonging to Czech investor Karel Komarek. AXI IMMO’s Investment department has advised buyer in the transaction.

Czech investment group Enern, owned by online supermarket Rohlik.cz, together with US investor Lincoln Property Company, has acquired the Palác Karlín building in Prague from Danish company Kirkbi Invest A/S for an undisclosed sum.

The Gatehouse Offices, the first office building of Warsaw Brewery, will be acquired by a fund managed by GLL Real Estate Partners. The project of Echo Investment, which will obtain the occupancy permit in Q4 2018, will be sold for €76.5 million.

Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra has joined the company where she will head the new Corporate Finance CEE department as a Partner. Futureal Group has exited its €19 million mezzanine financing provided to Caelum Development for the development of ParkLake shopping centre in Bucharest, Romania. The 70,000 sqm GLA project was developed by a joint venture between Sonae Sierra and Caelum Development. Futureal Group will intensify its activity in Romania through its residential investments subsidiary, Cordia. The company has recently announced a €50 million worth of investment plan in Bucharest for the next year, part of a long-term roadmap for the local market. Cordia division plans to deliver about 500 apartments per year, designed for medium and medium high segments.
