Joki Sp. z o.o. - a subsidiary of Marvipol Development - has finalized the purchase of a plot of around 2.6 ha, located on Bokserska Street in Warsaw. The transaction value is €12.44 million (PLN 54.3 million). The sale process was organized by experts from the international advisory firm JLL representing the vendor.a

The plot is located in Służewiec Przemysłowy. The land development project assumes the implementation of a multi-family housing scheme with services.

"Służewiec Przemysłowy has undergone a dramatic metamorphosis in recent years, transforming from a mono-functional business area dominated by office buildings into an attractive, multifunctional district. One of the biggest impulses for this change is the growing number of housing investments. They enjoy great interest among both individual buyers, including employees from nearby offices, as well as investors seeking an attractive opportunity to invest their capital. In addition, the modernization and changes in functions of existing office buildings support the creation of a resident-friendly urban area. Undoubtedly, the investment capability of Służewiec still has a great deal of potential, which may result in further significant transactions on this land market in the near future", comments Daniel Puchalski, Head of Land Advisory Services, JLL.
