Unissu.com, the world’s only PropTech marketplace, has raised US$800,000 of investment led by M7 Real Estate alongside a number of other high profile international experts in the field of digital transformation in real estate. These include Harry Hill, Founder of Rightmove, the Central Europe-based Property Forum, Asia PropTech and Robert Gilchrist, the former CEO of Rockspring. Richard Croft, Executive Chairman of M7, has also joined Unissu’s board of directors.

S Immo has acquired the almost fully let office building HOTO Tower in the Croatian capital Zagreb from the Austrian SIGNA Group. The distinctive 60-meter-high office tower is characterised by its prominent location along the Savska Cesta in the southwest of the Central Business District.

Adventum International, a Malta-based boutique investment fund manager, has acquired the 10,000 sqm office building Renaissance Plaza in the most dynamically growing area of the Polish capital from REInvest Asset Management, a Luxembourg-based asset and fund manager. The 7-storey, Class B+ office building is fully leased to Orange Polska S.A.

In one of the largest industrial & logistic land transactions to date in 2019, Afin Holding acquired Aries Logistic Park in Turda, located near Cluj-Napoca for an undisclosed amount. The project, only partially developed, includes almost 60 hectares of land available for further development. Colliers International was the real estate agent on this transaction whilst Moroianu & Associatii acted as legal advisor to the buyer side.

Corporate Finance House Group, a Middle Eastern investor, has acquired the holding structure owning Day Tower office building in Bucharest, developed by Dimitris Mourkakos of Day Group and completed at the end of 2018. The investor was advised by Savills on its first investment in the country, while the developer was assisted by Crosspoint Real Estate.

The open real estate fund Investika purchased the Galerie Butovice shopping centre located in the popular office area Nové Butovice in Prague 5. CBRE advised Investika on the acquisition.

Aberdeen Standard European Logistics Income PLC has exchanged contracts to acquire a newly built fully income-producing logistics warehouse in Warsaw, Poland, for a purchase price of €27.5 million providing a net initial yield of 5.64%. The agreement is with developer Panattoni Development Europe and Marvipol Logistics. Completion of the acquisition is currently scheduled for later in the month.

Flow East, a Czech-based developer which specialises in the high-quality renovations of premium historical buildings, has purchased the historical Dům V Templu building located in the Old Town (Staré Město) of Prague.

According to Savills, more than €700 million has been invested in the senior living sector across the UK and Europe since the beginning of the year, which is the highest level ever recorded. In Poland, the market in this sector is on an early stage of development but has great potential.

Roebuck Asset Management has acquired a logistics warehouse in Dobroviz, Prague, on behalf of a South Korean institutional investor. International real estate advisor Savills advised the buyer.
