Urszula Kowalska, Krystyna Pietruszyńska and Patrick Pospiech were appointed directors in JLL’s Living Investments department at the beginning of October and, with the support of Paweł Sztejter, Head of JLL Living, they will focus on developing transactional and development advisory services on the Polish residential market.

JLL Hungary has advised the seller on the sale of an operating apartment hotel, Escala Hotel & Suits. The 50-apartment hotel, located in Budapest's Corvin quarter, was sold in August, JLL said in a LinkedIn post.

Colliers is starting a new business line - Living Services - from the services offered so far by the Corporate Finance department. The new line will focus exclusively on projects in the living sector and will be offered to clients operating not only in Poland but in the entire CEE region.  

Commercial real estate investments in Romania amounted to €570 million in the first nine months, down 29% compared to the same period of 2020, according to JLL Romania. The Bucharest market attracted 70% of the total investment volume, mainly in the office segment. 

Local residential developer Metrodom has bought a 15,000 sqm plot on Budapest's Soroksári út, where it plans to build a new residential quarter, property advisor CE Land, which brokered the deal, announced.

In spring 2021, Hungarian FM provider B+N Referencia Zrt. acquired the interests of ISS Group in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.  With this move, the Hungarian company group has become one of the largest facility operators in the region. As a logical continuation of this expansion, the company purchased a 100% stake in the Slovenian subsidiary of ISS.

SAP is acquiring the newly built Class A office building Park Lane Office Center in Sofia for €49 million. The purchase price is equivalent to a 7.5% asset yield. This is the largest investment deal on the Bulgarian office property market so far in 2021
