GTC has promoted Ede Gulyás to the position of Country Head Deputy, as of August 1, the company announced. In his role, Ede will be responsible for all GTC’s operations in Hungary. His extensive experience in leasing and asset management, as well as in-depth knowledge of real estate, will help steer the company’s growth in the local market. GTC invested €264 million in Hungary, in the first six months of 2021.

For GTC, the first half of the year was marked with the change in its financing structure and move from individual secured bank loans for particular projects to predominantly unsecured bond funding. The company published its results for H1 2021.

Cushman & Wakefield will represent the owner of the Kraków office complex in Armii Krajowej Street, a major road of the city, in office leasing processes. The complex offers a total of more than 36,900 sq m of modern office space.

Globe Trade Centre has successfully issued a debut unsecured green bond for €500 million. The bonds, bearing a coupon of 2.25% p.a., received a strong reception from the broad European fixed-income investor universe and were several times oversubscribed with a peak order book in excess of €1.4 billion.

Globe Trade Center announced today that it has been assigned an investment grade rating of BBB- with a Stable Outlook by Fitch Ratings and Ba1 with Positive Outlook rating by Moody’s Investors Service.
