GTC Group has announced a consolidated net profit of €21.2 million for the second quarter of 2024, marking a significant turnaround from the €23.2 million loss reported during the same period last year. The company’s net profit from operations reached €33.5 million -  a also a significant improvement compared to the €20.9 million loss recorded y-to-y.

GTC has presented the summary of its activities in Poland in the first half of 2024. Over 35,400 sqm of office space was leased across ten buildings in Poland's largest cities. GTC’s properties attracted 14 new partners, and 18 companies chose to extend their leases.

GTC posted €9.3 million consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in Q1 2024 against €11.2 million profit a year earlier, the company announced.

Coworking space operator betahaus has opened its first hub in Bucharest, marking its entrance in Romania. The company has leased space in the Premium Plaza office project owned by GTC in central Bucharest.

Indotek is transferring the management of the Gordius Private Equity Fund to fellow Hungarian investor Diófa Fund Management, which will also take over the Belgrade office portfolio held by Indotek, Portfolio.hu reports. Indotek Group said it will use the funds released by the portfolio restructuring to finance domestic and international acquisitions. The company also announced that it had acquired a significant part of the Vörösmarty shopping complex in Budapest at the end of the year.

Real estate investor and developer GTC has recorded a like-for-like rental revenue growth of 6% in the first nine months of 2023 compared to the same period of last year. At the same time, the gross margin from rental activity slightly rose to €92 million.

GTC Hungary and GTC S.A. have entered into a mutual employment contract termination agreement with Zoltán Fekete and János Gárdai. Both have also resigned from their seats on the Management Board of both entities. The resignation is effective as of 31 August 2023. Gyula Nagy and Zsolt Farkas were appointed Management Board members of GTC Hungary as well as the Management Board and Supervisory Board of GTC S.A., effective 31 August 2023.

GTC has presented strong financial results for the first half of 2023 with €90 of rental revenues, 8% higher than the €85 million recorded in the same period of the previous year.

Witold Rafalski joined GTC Poland as the Head of Asset Management and Marcin Zaskurski joined as the General Counsel and Head of Legal Department. 

The GTC Poland leasing team is joined by four new experts: Łukasz Jarzyło as Head of Office Leasing, Agnieszka Kuehn, Michał Kubicz and Maciej Łyszczyński as Senior Leasing Managers.
