Warsaw’s Skyliner office building has extended its contract which guarantees 100% of electricity from renewable energy sources until 2026. The supplier is the E.ON Group.

CPI Property Group has announced the acquisition of a 25% stake in CleverPower. The company focuses on corporate energy self-sufficiency and electromobility and also operates the Chargee charging platform. By 2030, they will build up to three thousand new charging points not only in the Czech Republic, CPI Property Group announced today.

H2 Energy, a subsidiary of Westa Investments, has signed an agreement with JLL. The contract covers advisory support regarding investment located in Poland’s Lubuskie province. The role of JLL's experts in the project will be to obtain a partner interested in jointly developing the hydrogen hub with H2 Energy.

Although its focus in recent years has been on real estate and IT, the company now sees the time as opportune for investment in photovoltaic parks. It plans to build at least three, reports Hn.cz.

Accolade has completed its first photovoltaic power plant in its Bydgoszcz industrial park. This is a significant milestone in the group's long-term strategy toward energy security in its industrial parks in Europe.
