Fetters management, a Czech specialist in development and project management, has started the main construction phase of the residential project Panorama Braník in Prague. The multifunctional building with 14 above-ground floors contains 77 apartments and seven commercial units.

Studio Qarta Architektura prepared the conceptual study and documentation for territorial approval, while Domy Architects handled the building permit documentation and Atelier Smitka created the final technical solution. BAK stavebn í společnost serves as the general contractor. 60% of the apartments are already sold, with completion expected in December 2026.

"Panorama Braník is designed to stand the test of time. The project meets high standards for contemporary living, with each apartment designed with emphasis on quality, detail, comfort and maximum use of space," says Tomáš Fetters, Managing Director of Fetters management.

The apartments cover a wide range of layouts from studios of around 30 sqm to the largest units with living space up to 120 sqm. Each has its own cellar, and most also have a balcony or terrace. Maisonettes in the upper floors offer spacious terraces with a private atmosphere and panoramic views of the city centre. Large-format windows ensure maximum daylight in the interiors, creating airy and naturally lit spaces. The project includes 87 parking spaces, with buyers of larger apartments able to use two-space options.

The project is located in one of Prague 4's most pleasant residential areas, offering a combination of villa atmosphere, greenery and complete urban infrastructure. Schools, kindergartens, shops, restaurants and sports facilities including the Braník biotope are within walking distance.
