The 143,000 sqm logistics facility of the Danish furniture retailer will serve more than 200 retail units in Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia and Slovenia. Online sales will be managed also from this centre. The complex was built by the Hungarian construction company Market Group.

Three Czech CPI Property Group (CPIPG) buildings that recently became part of the group portfolio were awarded LEED international environmental certification. Savills carried out the certification of all three buildings and supported the client in all aspects of the process, CPI PG announced.

Architecture and design studio Obermeyer Helika has completed the documentation for a building permit for its latest residential building, Semerínka. The project, which is expected to start building in Prague 5 in 2023, will include not only apartments and garage parking but also a community garden, Obermeyer Helika announced today.

WDP, the industrial and logistics projects developer, recorded EPRA earnings of €175.9 million in the first nine months of the year, up 17% compared to the same period of 2021. This was generated by the pre-let of new projects and organic growth via the indexation of leases as well as newly realized acquisitions and some non-recurring income. 

Czech development company Logport plans to develop key urban infrastructure in Jinočany near Prague. The first project of the company there will be the commercial and industrial complex Logport Prague West which should be completed in one year, the company announced.

Skanska Residential is planning to include rental housing in its multi-phase projects in the Czech Republic as an additional product to its standard offer. However, the company mainly wants to focus on building homes in Prague for long-term living. Property Forum talked to Petr Michálek, CEO of Skanska Residential.

RSBC Development Financing in cooperation with Masák & Partner plans to start a new residential development in the former ČKD factory in Prague Vysočany later this year. The original industrial building should be converted into 215 atypical two-floor apartments, i.e. lofts, within two years for CZK 2 billion (€81.6 million), writes E15.cz.

A neglected plot of land in Prague 5 has now been newly acquired for billions of crowns by Austrian developer UBM. It plans to build 150 flats there. It wants to start building next year, but the project is still in the planning process. The developer has not disclosed the purchase price, the seller or the details of the construction, writes E15.cz. 

There is a new modern industrial & logistic warehouse with 5,000 sqm of space in Hradec Králové which is already leased by the logistic company Geis. The building has been completed by developer CTP as their first warehouse in CTPark Hradec Králové. With the cooperation of the city, the developer has also built a new traffic light-controlled intersection nearby and now also plans to finish a second, larger warehouse in the park in the 2023 spring, the company announced.

Since August, UBM Development Czechia has been building and now selling the second phase of its residential project Arcus City in Prague-Reporyje. Within this phase, 63 apartments and several commercial units will be built. The completion of this phase is scheduled for the end of 2024. In total, over 270 apartments, 10 family houses and several commercial units will be built in the project in three phases.
