Development company Crescon has completed the first phase of the 64-unit luxury Aldrov Apartments & Resort project. The new owners are gradually taking over the apartments. By the end of this year, the company plans to complete the second phase with 75 units. A total of 139 apartments are to be built in the Krkonoše Mountains in the village of Vítkovice. The entire complex should be ready in the winter season 2023/24, Crescon announced.

The first stage of Crescon's residential project - Aldrov Apartments & Resort, which consists of 64 apartments in three buildings, is complete. Work is currently progressing on the A1 community building with a bakery, wine bar, swimming pool, spa and conference rooms, which is part of the first phase of the development. Crescon plans to have it fully operating this summer, but a number of services for both owners and guests of the apartments and the general public have already been opened. "We have invested more than 250 million crowns ( €10.5 million) in infrastructure and services because we wanted not only to provide a perfect hotel service for our clients but also to expand the amenities for locals and other visitors to this popular Giant Mountain resort," says Jan Jerie, Crescon's CEO.

The second phase of the project is also under construction and will consist of five smaller buildings with a total of 75 apartments. The residential complex in the village of Vítkovice will include a total of 12 buildings and 139 modern apartments ranging in size from 37 to 149 m², some of which will be adapted to the needs of people with reduced mobility. All of them will be fully equipped, including the kitchen, furniture and all interior furnishings. A terrace or balcony is also included. Of course, there are parking spaces in the underground garage, a ski room and a cellar for storing seasonal equipment.
