Wing, one of Hungary's real estate development and investment companies, will restructure its management organisation, which includes a split of the Chairman and CEO roles starting April 1.

Bence Nádasdy will take over as CEO of Indotek Investments Alapkezelő Zrt. from 19 February 2026. Alongside his new appointment, he will continue as capital markets director and management board member, remaining responsible for directing Indotek Group's capital and bank financing.

Romanian property holding Meta Estate Trust has appointed Dan Petrișor as its new CEO, effective January 2026, following a Board of Directors decision from October 31st.

Romanian office developer Genesis Property has named Ionel Purice as CEO. He has previously held the position of CEO of Genesis Development, part of the same group. 

Michał Białas, the current Chief Business Development Officer and member of 7R's Board of Directors and Chris Zeuner, the current Chief Investment Officer assumed the positions of co-CEO on 19th June 2024. They replace Tomasz Lubowiecki, founder and current CEO of 7R. The new CEOs will manage in a partnership model, focusing on different business areas in line with their experience.

Crowdfunding can be a valuable tool in diversifying investment portfolios for both sides but it is not easy to navigate the multitude of crowdfunding platforms and their projects on the market. Jan Večerka, CEO of Czech crowdfunding platform Brikkapp, explained in an interview for Property Forum how to effectively navigate the world of crowdfunding and what to look out for.

As of 7 November 2023, Swiss Life Select Reality will be managed by Andrea Daňhelová, who was previously Director of Operations, Legal and Compliance. Andrea Daňhelová takes over the management of one of the most important real estate companies on the Czech market from Jaromír Mašek, who has been in charge of the company since its establishment in 2013. Swiss Life Select Reality is a subsidiary of Swiss Life Select. 

Workspace startup Nooka Space has announced the appointment of Irina Leca as CEO of the company, as well as the raising of a new investment round worth €2 million. 

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has appointed Justin Young as its new CEO, tasked with managing the ongoing transformation of the organization that includes the delivery of excellent experience for staff, members, and stakeholders. He will assume the new role as of July 5, replacing Richard Collins, who was appointed interim CEO back in October 2021 following the reforms recommended by the Levitt report. 

Keegan Viscius has been appointed as the new CEO of real estate group CA Immo, with the move effective as of June 10.
