Michał Białas, the current Chief Business Development Officer and member of 7R's Board of Directors and Chris Zeuner, the current Chief Investment Officer assumed the positions of co-CEO on 19th June 2024. They replace Tomasz Lubowiecki, founder and current CEO of 7R. The new CEOs will manage in a partnership model, focusing on different business areas in line with their experience.

"Tomasz Lubowiecki, former CEO and co-founder of 7R will take a position on the Supervisory Board. He also remains a minority shareholder in 7R. They are the perfect leadership duo to strengthen 7R's position in Poland and execute ambitious growth plans in the Czech Republic and other foreign markets. The company remains close to me, and its successes have been, are and will always be a source of great satisfaction," says Tomasz Lubowiecki.

Michał Białas has held the role of Chief Business Development Officer at 7R and his responsibilities included developing the company, expanding the real estate portfolio, and overseeing leasing and marketing activities. As co-CEO, he will be responsible for the departments of Business Development, Leasing, Land Acquisition, Construction & Sustainability and Marketing & Communications. Prior to 7R, he led industrial real estate investor Accolade’s business in Poland, he was also a Board Member of Accolade’s SICAV fund. Michał graduated from IMD, London School of Economics and Political Science, Warsaw School of Economics and SWPS University.

Chris Zeuner has so far served 7R as Chief Investment Officer and Member of the Board. His focus of responsibilities included group capital strategy, growth and expansion to other markets. As co-CEO, all other functions will report to him, including Capital Markets, Finance, People & Culture, Asset & Property Management, Legal & Compliance and International. Prior to 7R, Chris was Head of Europe at Amstar, a real estate private equity group, and worked for several blue-chip private equity real estate investors including LaSalle Investment Management, JER Partners and GE Capital Real Estate. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University.

  • XXS GYM has signed a lease for over 850 sqm of space in the modern O3 Business Campus office complex, located on Opolska Street in the northern part of Cracow.

New appointments

  • Katarzyna Myjak has joined Axi Immo as Senior Business Advisory Manager, tasked with strengthening the company’s Industrial & Logistics business line.
  • Czech investment group SCF has expanded its team by appointing Jan Simandl as Senior Leasing Team Leader. In this role, Simandl will oversee leasing activities across the company’s commercial property portfolio. He previously worked for CPI Property Group and CBRE.
  • Michał Kochanowski-Laren has joined Avison Young Poland’s Technical Advisory and Project Management team as Project Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for delivering a variety of consultancy projects across all segments of the commercial real estate market in Poland. Kochanowski-Laren is an electrical engineer and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
