Andreea Mihai has been appointed as the new CEO of Hagag Development Europe, tasked with overseeing the development of the Romanian operations. 

JRD has announced changes in top management positions. Alexandra Tomášková is now a two-time CEO as she will also lead JRD Development in addition to her position as CEO of JRD Land. The current head of this division, Martin Svoboda, continues to lead JRD Group.

Three new Deputy CEOs have been appointed at Wing. In addition to his position as Director of Residential Developments, János Martin has been promoted to Deputy CEO of Wing, Director of Marketing Communications Csenge Mátray has fulfilled the role of Deputy CEO for Communications, HR and Corporate Operations, while Director of Transactions Bence Sass has been appointed Deputy CEO for International Business Development and Investments.

Sebastian Proć has been associated with HB Reavis for 13 years - from the beginning of the company's operations on the Polish real estate market, he held managerial positions, overseeing business development, acquisitions and development activities. Previously, he was associated with the DTZ consulting company, as well as Premiumred Real Estate Development (Investkredit / Volksbank group), Budimex Nieruchomości and Unikat Commercial Properties.

Element Industrial announces the appointment of Andrei Jerca as Managing Director of the company. Prior to this position, Jerca was Head of Industrial Services within CBRE Romania.

P3 Logistic Parks (P3) announced the appointment of Frank Pörschke as its new CEO, with effect from 1 April 2021. Tim Beaudin, CEO since 2019 and previously Board Chairman, is stepping down as part of a planned leadership transition. 

Globalworth, the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), announces the appointment of Marian Popa as Managing Director for Romania with effect from 1st March 2021. HB Reavis has appointed Peter Pecnik to the Chief Executive Officer position in Poland. In his new role, he will manage a team of 170 across the Polish market, the largest among the Group’s business operations. Stepping down from his role as CEO for Poland, Stanislav Frnka is leaving the company after more than 12 years.
