Accolade Group has signed a €137.5 million (roughly CZK 3.4 billion) loan agreement. Thanks to this, the company will be able to finance the construction of a large multi-storey distribution centre near Kojetín in the Olomouc Region (located in the northeast of the Czech Republic) for the online store Amazon, writes the daily E15.

Accolade expands in Bydgoszcz, ultimately investing over €200 million in four modern warehouse parks, with a total area of over 240,000 sqm. At the same time, the investor is launching a new, €40 million project in nearby Piła. 

Accolade Industrial Fund had a successful 2021. Its performance exceeded 20 percent last year, an all-time high. The fund's portfolio had grown to include more industrial parks, and the total leased area exceeded one million sqm. Over 2,200 investors have already invested in the fund. 

Panattoni Park Košice Aiport has expanded by a second hall. The first tenants have already taken over the area of around 6,300 sqm. The nearly 20,000 sqm hall was built by developer Panattoni in cooperation with investor Accolade. Erik Ivaničko, Panattoni's director for Slovakia, told the TASR news agency that the investment in the construction of the new hall is about € 17 million.

Accolade secured the plot to launch its new project. The new industrial park has a planned area of 76,000 sqm and an investment value of over €60 million. It will be located on the Polish western border, along the S3 road and right next to the A2 highway junction.

Accolade Industrial Fund confirms its position as the second-largest real estate fund in the Czech Republic as it reaches two milestones in the third quarter. The value of the fund's portfolio exceeded €1 billion. Furthermore, over 2,000 qualified investors are already investing with the fund. The fund's third-quarter performance was 7.36% in the CZK class and 7.86% in the EUR class. The fund's performance reflects the rising price of industrial real estate during 2021. This investment asset has become very attractive to large institutional players whose attention is causing industrial real estate to seek its price level.

The multimodal complex next to Brno Airport, jointly developed by Brno Airport, belonging to the Accolade Group, and developer Panattoni, is now fully leased. Tenants such as Coca Cola, DHL or Zásilkovna are now joined by major companies s Erba Lachema from the Erba Group, Noviko and Reda.

The Accolade Group currently has 580,000 sqm of warehousing space near the western Polish border and plans to almost double the size of this space in the near future. The group continues to invest in the park in Goleniów, while also entering a brand-new location in Jelenia Góra. 

Panattoni has revitalised another brownfield site for investment group Accolade. They have returned industry to a location where it has historically thrived, the former Kavalier glassworks site in Hostomice, in the Teplice region. The first tenant of the new industrial zone named Panattoni Park Teplice South is the Czech sanitary equipment retailer Sanitino. It has started operating a distribution centre, which will gradually serve the whole of Europe. The transformation of a brownfield, with more than a century of glass history, into a modern zone for light manufacturing and distribution of goods, with an investment of more than half a billion, is therefore continuing successfully.

With the recent completion of the third phase of the Tchibo distribution centre in Panattoni Park Cheb, adding approximately 30,000 sqm, the hall, totalling over 100,000 sqm, has become the largest industrial building completed this year in the Czech Republic. Panattoni as a developer completed the project together with investment group Accolade. Since the first phase of construction in 2016, the tenant has been Tchibo, one of the world's most important coffee producers and consumer goods retailers. The new part of the site aspires to a high BREEAM New Construction environmental certification rating of "Excellent".
