Halfway through 2023, Accolade’s portfolio amounts to over 1.3 million sqm of total leased space across 26 industrial parks in Poland. The industrial property investor maintains their strong position in several Polish regions, including Western Pomerania, Kuyavia-Pomerania, Lubuskie, and Podlaskie.

The completion of the industrial park in Choroszcz, a Białystok district, has been announced. The Czech investor made its debut in the region in 2018 with an investment in an industrial park in Białystok. Currently, Accolade owns facilities totalling approximately 80,000 sqm in the Białystok region. Both Park Białystok I and the nearby Park Białystok II in Choroszcz remain fully leased. All the parks in Accolade's portfolio are BREEAM certified and aligned with the specifics of each region.

In ten years since entering the Karlovy Vary Region, Accolade Group has invested in a total of nearly 300,000 sqm of production, e-commerce and logistics space. The value of completed and handed-over projects exceeds €316 million and properties worth approximately €380 million are currently under construction. The Group's activities are leading to wage growth and a wider range of jobs. In addition to the projects in Cheb, the group recently completed the first building in a new industrial estate in Ostrov.

Accolade Group has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in the Karlovarská Business Park complex near Prague Airport from Czech real estate fund Conseq realitní. Accolade is now 100% the owner of this complex. Both parties have decided not to disclose the amount of the transaction, which was brokered by CBRE.

Internet retailer Amazon has opened its new robotic distribution centre in Kojetin, Přerov region, where it plans to employ up to 2,000 workers. This is Amazon's second distribution centre in the Czech Republic, but the new one is equipped with the most advanced robotic technology, the Czech News Agency (ČTK) reported.

The latest investment by Accolade in Poland will be located in Świdnik and provide easy access to the Lublin region. It will offer 54 000 sqm of modern warehouse space. The industrial park in Świdnik will consist of two buildings. The majority of the space was already leased to three companies from the manufacturing and logistics industries. The park will be located just 1 km from the border of the city of Lublin, where Accolade already has another warehouse park. Accolade has been present in the region since 2015, and their investment here will amount to over 130,000 square meters, with the total value of the investment in Lublin voivodeship amounting to €115 million.

Accolade Industrial Fund achieved a return of 9.33 percent in euros and 8.49 percent in crowns last year. It thus met the expected appreciation even in unpredictable economic conditions. Other figures, such as the increase in rent collections, a portfolio value of over €1.5 billion and the ownership of 1.6 million sqm of premium industrial space, also show that the fund has performed well, the fund announced.

Accolade has completed a new logistic park in Elbląg, the first Class A warehouse in this area. The 20,000 sqm industrial park is fully leased to its two tenants: Flex and DPD.

Accolade received a long-term financing for the 5 industrial parks in Poland: Gorzów Wielkopolski, Szczecin Załom (West), Szczecin Kniewska, Częstochowa and Kielce. The €129 million refinancing loan was delivered by its new financing partner Helaba. 

Panattoni Park Teplice South in the industrial zone in Hostomice has reported full occupancy. The last vacancies in the Panattoni Park Teplice South complex will be filled by international logistics companies Maersk, Raben and the manufacturing company Exyte. The park was developed by Panattoni with Accolade as the investor.
