Two years after the start of construction, Skanska has completed works on the P180 office building, located at the Wilanowska metro station. The building received an occupancy permit, which means that the Warsaw office market has gained an additional 32,000 sqm of office space. IT specialists from the international Netcompany moved into the newly commissioned office building, which offers the tenant 6,000 sqm of space.

Construction of the P180 started in September 2020. The location of this 15-storey building, designed by the PRC Architekci studio, is not accidental. The office building was built at an important communication junction, just 180 steps from the Wilanowska metro station. Nearby, there are also numerous public transport stops and service points. P180 meets the standards of the most demanding certificates: LEED Platinum, WELL Core & Shell, WELL Health-Safety Rating and Building without barriers.

"Despite the unstable times and challenges faced by the development market, we are completing our project on schedule. We provide tenants with the highest quality office space, equipped with modern technologies and solutions reducing the building's impact on the natural environment. P180 is part of the urban fabric that is currently being created in this area of Warsaw", says Robert Ryś, Project Manager at Skanska’s commercial development business unit in CEE.

"As shown by the regular research we conduct with Zymetria, the hybrid work model has stabilized, which means that the end of the office era, announced at the beginning of the pandemic, did not come. They still play an extremely important role, not only for employees, but also for the organizations themselves. We are sure that our investment in Mokotów will support the further dynamic development of Netcompany and will allow our partner to achieve his business goals", adds Agnieszka Krawczyk-Rogowska, Leasing Director at Skanska’s commercial development business unit in CEE.

Founded in 2000, Netcompany provides IT services and is based in Copenhagen. It operates in 17 countries and employs over 6,500 people.

"As Netcompany, we have a clear vision of what kind of company we want to be – how we want to operate and in which direction to grow. We are well aware that our greatest strength is our employees, and there are more and more of them each year. Consequently, we decided to make them even more comfortable and plan a new workspace. Innovative solutions that go hand in hand with environmental care are extremely important to us. That is why we chose a Skanska building that stands out for its energy, eco-friendly design, and 21st-century solutions", says Krzysztof Pierański, Country Managing Partner Poland at Netcompany.

"We continue to observe interest in new spaces on the office market. The awareness of companies regarding the function of the office in their organization is growing, which is why finding a space ideally suited to the needs of the tenant is a challenge today. I am convinced that the modern P180 spaces will be conducive not only to business development, but will also provide added value for Netcompany employees, which today, in the era of hybrid work, so many companies are looking for in office spaces", says Paweł Proński, Director in the Office Agency at Colliers.
