Industrial developer Panattoni has announced that Kvadrat Acoustics will occupy 10,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Poznań East II.

Kvadrat Acoustics is a company belonging to the Danish Kvadrat Group. The company offers acoustic systems that combine sound absorption with design. Its products improve acoustic comfort in spaces such as offices, conference rooms, educational, cultural and recreational facilities.

Production and part of the warehouse, together with office facilities, will be relocated to the new site at Panattoni Park Poznań East II, enabling Kvadrat Acoustics to optimise its operational processes and expand its business. The facility will primarily be used for the production of panels and other acoustic solutions.

"The standard of the facility and the possibility of preparing a space fully adapted to our production processes were of key importance. The Breeam certificate was also significant for us, as it aligns with the company's sustainable development strategy," comments Krzysztof Hadzlik, Managing Director of Kvadrat Acoustics in Poland.

The company will commence operations at the park in August this year. Panattoni will fit out the space in accordance with the tenant's requirements, including additional lighting, hall heating, workstations with access to electricity and compressed air, as well as internal partitions separating the production and storage areas.

The carbon cost is already in your building. You just can't see it yet

by Property Forum
A structural shift is rewriting the financial logic of European commercial real estate. It isn't being driven by ESG pressure or voluntary sustainability labels. It's being driven by regulation — and the numbers are concrete enough that ignoring them is becoming a financial risk. A recent white paper by workcloud24 traces the mechanism in detail: how the operational energy and CO₂ performance of a building transmits into net operating income, asset value, and financing conditions. The argument isn't that green buildings are virtuous. It's that inefficient buildings are becoming measurably more expensive to own, operate, and finance.
