At Prague Property Forum 2026, industry leaders from across the property and facility management ecosystem examined how digital tools are changing the way buildings are operated, valued and experienced. The discussion moved beyond the usual AI hype to focus on the real challenges behind transformation: organisational culture, data quality, workforce readiness and the growing expectation for buildings to function as responsive service platforms rather than static assets. While technologies such as AI, automation and occupancy analytics are advancing rapidly, the panel agreed that long-term success will depend less on the tools themselves and more on how effectively companies integrate them into everyday operations, decision-making and user experience.

Blue Assets, the property manager of the largest commercial premises portfolio in the Czech Republic, is expanding into retail property management. The company will take over management of retail parks owned by the Fidurock real estate investment group.

Savills Polska has taken over management of the V Tower office building at Chmielnej 85/87 in Warsaw from early November. The building represents one of the most comprehensive office modernisations in recent years, combining modern technology, environmental solutions and timeless architecture.

Nhood Romania has expanded its partnership with Urbano Group to take over full integrated property management of Urbano Shopping & Living, Transylvania's largest retail park located in the Cluj metropolitan area.

Shopper Park Plus (SPP) has signed a letter of intent appointing Eston International – the Hungarian partner of Savills – as the exclusive property manager for its Hungarian retail park portfolio from 1 January 2026. The three-year contract will cover 14 grocery-anchored properties with Tesco as the main tenant, adding 200,000 sqm to Eston’s managed portfolio and bringing its total to over 600,000 sqm.

K1 Investment Management has announced a strategic investment to combine SINGU and Micad, two large European real estate management software providers. 

Savills has been appointed to manage a selection of major properties owned by Yareal Polska. The portfolio includes buildings C, D, and E within the Lixa office campus, the Wspólna 47/49 office building, and the retail component of the mixed-use complex Soho by Yareal, totalling more than 67,000 sqm of space.

Scallier, a Poznań-based commercial real estate company active in Poland and Romania, is expanding its management team. Since mid-April 2025, Rafał Langer has been leading the company’s Property Management Department as Head of Property Management.

White Star Real Estate has taken over the management of three shopping centres in southern Poland from the Focus Estate Fund portfolio: Rybnik Plaza, Ruda Śląska Plaza, and Sosnowiec Plaza. 

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as property manager for part of the warehouse and logistics portfolio of international investment company Accolade. It will provide asset services for properties with a total area of over 440,000 sqm in locations across Poland such as Mińsk Mazowiecki, Konin, Elbląg, Kielce, Piła, and Koszalin, and in the Czech Republic, including Stříbro Park, one of the largest warehouse parks in the Czech market.
